Delete my data from HostPTO

Ask us to delete your account and your data. A person checks it and takes care of it. We don’t do it automatically, because a cleaner’s link works across every host they clean for, and we want to make sure we’re not deleting something you still need.

If you’re a host with the app open, it’s faster to use Account → Close Your Account instead --- that one is instant. Use this page if you’d rather not sign in, or if you’re a cleaner or contractor.
