The program

HostPTO sends short-term-rental turnover notifications by SMS to the property owner's own cleaners and contractors, and to the owner. Recipients are added by an owner they work with, after agreeing to receive these messages.

What we send

Transactional job notifications only: a link to view, accept, decline, or schedule a specific cleaning or repair; reminders for same-day turnovers; a note if a scheduled visit must move; and, for the owner, an alert when no one can cover a clean. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Frequency, rates

Message frequency varies with booking and repair activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask the owner who added you to remove your number.

Privacy

Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy.
